Return Policy
Merchandise, in unused condition and accompanied by your original
sales receipt/invoice, may be exchanged or returned within thirty
(30) days of the date you receive your order, if not completely
satisfied.
Please note that we are unable to refund or exchange products that
have been used and/or display visible signs of use.
When we have received your returned
product(s), we will issue a credit to your credit card equaling the
cost of the item.
Original
shipping charges and shipping costs for returns and exchanges are
non-refundable.
Additionally,
we are unable to accept C.O.D. returns.
Any returns shipped C.O.D. will be
refused.
Please allow 7 to 10 business days from the time that we receive
your returned product(s) for the credit to be issued to your credit
card. We
will refund the credit as soon as we receive and process your
return, however, your Credit Card Company may take as long as 10
days to have the credit appear on your statement.
Before returning an item(s), please contact us via phone or email so
we can provide you with your Return Authorization Number, the proper
Return Address, and any necessary instructions.
